Wowtiger was leading in the area of integration of photovoltaic energy storage, off-grid two-way inverters, energy internet management system, etc. Provide customers withintegrated services of scheme design, R&D, production, sales andafter-sales of household/commercial photovoltaic energy storage systems, portable energy storage, and DC power storage.

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Alaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of sales representatives, provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, expand customer base, and increase revenue.
- Accurately forecast sales performance, identifying areas for improvementand implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement training programs to improve sales skills and productivity.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in the renewable energy or a relatable industry.
- Familarity with solar energy products and industry trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication , interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
