Job Description
· Develop and implement national operational plans, ensuring the achievement of annual performance targets.
· Establish KPIs for local team members, define their job responsibilities, and break down objectives.
· Regularly gather market information and maintain tracking and analysis of competitors’ products and markets.
· Develop and execute local BTL promotion plans, GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, and other initiatives.
· Set up the local channel framework, formulate monthly sales target achievement plans, and increase brand share in Institutional Retail (IR), Open Retail (OR), and online channels.
· Manage the development, maintenance, and special zone construction of controllable local sales points, and create store incentive policies.
Requirements
· No specific major required; fluency in English is essential.
· More than 5 years of experience in the electronics or industry; candidates with independent operational experience, entrepreneurial background, or overseas work experience will be given priority.
· Ability to endure hardships, withstand pressure, commit to long-term overseas development, and possess a stable family situation.Reason for Opening: The business is expanding rapidly, necessitating the urgent recruitment of sales personnel.Organizational Structure:
