Adexen is currently mandated by a leading Civil Construction and Real Estate development Group to recruit a senior Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate. The position is based in Lagos / NigeriaResponsibilitiesThis role will focus on driving sales for exclusive residential developments in the prestigious areas of Ikoyi and Victoria Island, Lagos.The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, ensuring maximum occupancy, managing relationships with potential buyers, and driving revenue growth.Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the promotion and sale of luxury apartments in Ikoyi and Victoria Island.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets, ensuring performance goals are met and exceeded.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide personalized sales presentations and consultations to potential buyers, highlighting the unique selling points of our luxury properties.
- Negotiate terms and close high-value transactions, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and feedback to adjust strategies, identify areas for improvement, and optimize results.
Team Collaboration & Training:
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.
- Ensure that the sales team is well-trained, knowledgeable, and up-to-date on property features, market trends, and sales techniques.
Market Presence & Networking:
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and property exhibitions to enhance the company’s brand visibility.
- Represent the company at high-end real estate shows and conferences in Lagos and beyond.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of successfully selling luxury properties, with a strong understanding of the real estate market in Lagos, particularly in Ikoyi and Victoria Island.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sales cycles simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
