Job Title: Sales Merchandizer

Job Summary
- The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring effective visibility, availability, and positioning of Erisco Foods products in retail outlets. The role requires strong attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper display of Erisco Foods products in all assigned retail locations.
- Maintain adequate stock levels, arrange product displays, and monitor shelf positioning.
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Achieve set sales and merchandising targets within the assigned area.
- Visit stores regularly to identify and address any gaps or challenges.
- Establish and maintain relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or any related field is an advantage.
- Must be familiar with the Suleja market and its retail dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Reside in or around Suleja is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
