- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the FMCG industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- This role is perfect for a self-starter with a talent for sales and a desire to make a significant impact with strong knowledge of the local market, Proficient in driving and a drivers Licenses and prior exposure to consumer goods, cosmetics, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets through effective strategies and timely execution
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and report regularly.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.Monitor market trends and deliver actionable intelligence.
- Represent the company professionally in all engagements.
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Results-oriented and highly driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in driving and a drivers Licenses.
- Excellent negotiation, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Salary
