- We’re seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to work with our partner, primarily Bolt, and other small business partners.
- You’ll be responsible for picking up and delivering items to customers while providing excellent customer service, with a primary focus on delivering services through Bolt and other partner companies as required.
Responsibilities
- Work with Bolt to carry out daily assigned tasks.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism while on duty.
- Ensure proper handling and care of company property (bike, uniform, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
Requirements
- Must own a functional phone
- Must be skilled in performing the job role effectively
- Must be disciplined, reliable, and responsible with company property
- Familiar with navigation apps.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
