Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Promote and build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and investors
- Market and sell attractive properties with real value.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Represent us at events, open houses, and high-impact meetings.
- Deliver outstanding customer service—before, during, and after the sale.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in any relevant field
- Proven sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
- A self-starter mentality, you thrive independently and in a team.
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
