Job Title: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager

Role Overview
- We are hiring an SEO Manager to own end-to-end organic growth for Crescita Solutions and select client websites.
- You will set the SEO vision, turn strategy into quarterly roadmaps and two week sprints, and partner with engineering, product, content, and design to deliver measurable gains in qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- You will balance hands-on technical work with team leadership, and you will keep everyone aligned through clear goals, dashboards, and simple playbooks.
- You will design an authority plan that uses digital PR and safe outreach to earn links from relevant publications, while protecting the backlink profile from risk.
- You will own measurement and experimentation. That includes clean GA4 and Search Console setups, event and parameter design with Tag Manager, Looker Studio dashboards for leaders, forecasting for traffic and revenue impact, and test frameworks that prove what works.
- You will mentor SEO specialists, review their work, and coordinate with developers to ship fixes through a documented release process that includes pre launch and post launch QA.
- You will lead technical SEO across crawlability, indexation, JavaScript rendering, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking, and hreflang for multi market setups.
- You will guide content strategy using topic clusters and search intent, create airtight briefs that writers can execute, and ensure on page elements are consistent and fast.
Focus areas you will lead:
- Technical excellence: audits, log file insights, crawl budget, CWV, schema, redirects, canonicalization, and release QA
- Content and on page: keyword research, topic clusters, briefs, templates, internal links, Rank Math governance on WordPress
- Collaboration and leadership: sprint planning, dev tickets with clear acceptance criteria, training for non SEO teammates, vendor management
- Risk and change management: migrations, redesigns, new language launches, and incident response for traffic drops
- Authority and digital PR: publisher targeting, safe link acquisition, anchor strategy, and ongoing profile monitoring
- Analytics and experimentation: GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, attribution basics, test design, and forecasting
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and writers to implement SEO best practices.
- Analyze SEO performance and provide insights for continuous growth.
- Manage keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Oversee technical SEO, site audits, and improvements.
Requirements
