- We’re looking for a skilled Secretary/Accountant to provide administrative support, manage financial records, and ensure the smooth operation of our online school.
- As a Secretary/Accountant at Mind Smith Online School, you will be responsible for handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, calendars, and correspondence
- Provide administrative assistance to staff and management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Accounting and Finance:
- Manage financial records, including invoicing, payments, and expenses
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Communication:
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with staff, students, and external partners
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage
Skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
