- The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and must reside within the Gwarinpa or Kubwa axis of Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement needs.
- Support logistics operations with data entry and scheduling as needed.
- Take and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Maintain the office filing system and ensure records are properly stored.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Must reside in Gwarinpa or Kubwa axis.
- Knowledge of logistics operations is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Occasional weekend availability may be required.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.Method of Application
