Job Location: Ejigbo, Alimosho – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior management staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Manage and maintain records and files, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Perform tasks related to student admissions, registration, and records
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Provide support to various departments, including academic, administrative, and support staff
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, office management technologyor related field. A higher degree is an added advantage
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a secretarial roleis a must.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in a polytechnic or similar institution.
- Must reside within or in close proximity to Ejigbo.
