Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities
- Manage executive scheduling, administrative operations, and cross-functional PR initiatives
- Oversee project lifecycles: Planning → Implementation → Monitoring → Reporting
- Serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders with timely communication
- Conduct performance analysis and deliver executive briefings
- Coordinate high-level meetings and business engagements.
Requirements
- Educational background: Senior high school diploma minimum (Bachelor’s degree from top-tier universities preferred)
- ≤26 years old | Height ≥165cm
- Exceptional personal presence:Professional image, polished demeanor, and strong etiquette awareness
- Foundational qualities:Proactive mindset, cultural sensitivity, and grace under pressure
- Technical proficiency: Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite required; CRM tools a plus)
