About the Role
- We seeking to employ a Senior Business Development Manager to drive our business expansion strategy across real estate, procurement, and high-growth verticals.
- You will take the lead in identifying and securing new business, managing high-level partnerships, and driving sector-specific market penetration with immediate results.
- We are not looking for learners — we want seasoned professionals with an established network, deep industry insight, and a proven track record in expanding businesses at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close high-value business opportunities across Nigeria and beyond.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across sectors, especially real estate and public/private procurement.
- Drive business growth by leading expansion efforts into new markets and service areas.
- Represent GreyMond in high-level negotiations, events, and partner deals.
- Collaborate with leadership to define quarterly growth strategies and revenue goals.
- Respond to and manage business crises and client escalations with tact and speed.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Master’s Degree
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in business development, partnership management, or deal advisory.
- Ability to negotiate and close complex contracts and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, risk, and strategic positioning.
- Experience in crisis and change management is a major advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate development, government/private contract acquisition, or infrastructure-based deals.
- Existing network of business and political stakeholders is essential.
Salary
N700,000 – N1,000,000 / Month (Negotiable based on expertise)
