Job Position: Senior Civil Engineer

About the Role
- We are hiring five (5) experienced Civil Engineers to join our growing team in Abuja.
- We’re looking for highly skilled professionals with over 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate and construction projects.
- Candidates must be COREN certified and possess a strong background in structural design, project supervision, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from design to execution.
- Review and validate structural designs and drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Liaise with architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers to align project objectives and resolve issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with COREN, Nigerian building codes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-graduation working experience in construction or real estate.
- COREN certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successfully completed commercial or residential building projects.
