- This role requires absolute confidentiality, maturity, and professionalism at all times.
- The Executive Assistant must be culturally sensitive, especially when representing the ED to diverse stakeholders.
- Working hours may occasionally extend beyond the normal schedule due to executive travel, strategic meetings, or board sessions.
- The EA will be expected to understand business fundamentals and key priorities across various departments to provide informed support.
- The successful candidate must be solution-oriented and act as a strategic thought partner to the Executive Director.
