- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8- 10 years of experience in farm management, with a proven track record of success in cassava or similar crop production.
- Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques, including sustainable agriculture practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in farm management.
- Familiarity with the agricultural landscape and regulatory environment in Nigeria.
- Willingness to work in a rural setting.
