Today, Eat N’ Go has over 200 stores (outlet) across Nigeria a and Kenya.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to driving data-informed decisions by providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Develop and deliver insightful financial presentations to senior management.
- Create predictive models and conduct advanced statistical analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for business strategy.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, and cost structures for optimization.
- Lead and support special projects involving financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering development in data and financial analytics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in finance and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and complex financial consolidations.
- Familiarity with SEC reporting and filings (preferred).
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and security best practices.
