Job description: Job Category: Program ManagementJob Description:Job Summary:The Senior Nutrition Project Officer is responsible for the overall management and technical direction of the Management of At-risk Mothers and Infants under six months (MAMI) care pathway. Additionally, the role will provide technical oversight to CMAM and MIYCN- E activities, targeting vulnerable IDPs and host communities. Reporting to the Program Manager with accountability to the Emergency Coordinator and and partner’s Nutrition Officers, and Nutrition Community Mobilizers, MiYCN counsellors. The Nutrition SPO will undertake the following responsibilities related to project cycle management, technical direction, and program developmentRoles and Key Responsibilities:Technical/Administrative, Program Quality and Implementation

Program Development and Strategic Planning

Capacity Building and Supervision

Coordination and Representation

Reporting

Required Languages – English and Hausa required. Kanuri strongly preferred.Travel – Must be willing and able to travel up to 40%.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
