By leveraging advanced technology, we are transforming the healthcare landscape, making it more efficient and accessible for everyone.We are currently hiring a Senior Provider Relations Associate who will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with new Healthcare Providers. This role ensures network expansion through effective engagement, negotiation, and onboarding of qualified providers while maintaining high standards in documentation and communication. The associate will work closely with internal stakeholders to support business needs and ensure service excellence.
- Identify and engage prospective healthcare providers in alignment with client requests and departmental plans, ensuring all prospects meet defined qualification criteria
- Introduce Reliance Health to potential providers through calls, emails, and onsite visits to initiate partnership discussions
- Share partnership proposals and tariff lists, and lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain regular communication with providers to follow up on proposals and move them through the onboarding process
- Document all daily activities accurately in the RHMO dashboard
- Ensure timely and error-free submission of monthly reports to the Team Lead
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Claims, IT, RCC, and Sales to resolve issues and support overall provider relationship management
- Uphold Reliance Health’s standards and values in all external interactions and engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science/health related field
- Proven experience in a similar provider relations or healthcare management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of intellectual autonomy
