Summary
- Our company, a leading automobile dealer in Lagos, seeks to recruit qualified results driven Snr. Sales and Marketing Manager who must reside in Lekki or on the Island part of Lagos.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree obtained from a reputable institution.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
- Relevant experience: 7 – 15 years of which 5 years experience must be as a Sales and Marketing Manager in Lagos.
- Ability to drive.
- Possess valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with digital/ social media marketing.
- Living in Lekki, or the Island part of Lagos.
- Location requirement is important.
- Excellent communication/ presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and team management skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to meet or exceed personal and collective sales targets.
- Ability to set brilliant and ambitious KPIs that will lead to goals actualization.
- Ability to design sales plan and follow up its implementation
- Candidates must not be more than 45 years of age.
Salary Range
