They now have an opening for a Senior Sales Consultant in Abuja, Nigeria.Job OverviewThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling mobile phones and laptops, with a preference for those experienced in iPhones and MacBooks. This role requires excellent customer engagement skills and the ability to drive sales while providing top-notch customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sell mobile phones and laptops, particularly Apple products (iPhones & MacBooks).
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, features, and industry trends.
- Upsell and cross-sell related accessories and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, stock tracking, and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in mobile phones and laptops (Apple products preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of retail sales, customer service, and technology trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software.
