Your responsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
- You will drive new business acquisition with retail pharmacies, health platforms, and other B2B clients
- You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while consistently hitting revenue targets
- You will monitor customer payment cycles and ensure timely invoice settlement
Account Management & Retention
- You will build long-term relationships with high-value clients, improving retention and reorder rates
- You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- You will collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and drive partner success
Product Knowledge & Technical Enablement
- You will communicate product benefits clearly and effectively to B2B customers
- You will lead product demos and training to ensure seamless adoption
- You will act as the voice of the customer, relaying product feedback to the product team
New Channel Exploration
- You will explore and develop new sales channels such as corporate wellness and telehealth partners
- You will launch and test go-to-market plans and pilots for new segments
- You will work with marketing to build channel-specific campaigns
Cross-functional Collaboration
- You will align with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support joint goals
- You will provide strategic input on promotions, product updates, and client engagement
Data & Strategy Utilization
- You will use CRM data to manage pipeline health and diagnose bottlenecks
- You will forecast sales performance and adjust strategy to match company goals
- You will stay updated on digital health trends in Nigeria and across Africa to spot growth opportunities
- You will regularly share market intelligence and actionable insights with leadership
To be considered, you should have
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or SaaS sales
- Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Background in biomedical sciences, engineering, SaaS, or healthtech (preferred)
- Solid understanding of sales methodology and sales tech tools (CRMs, AI prospecting tools, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Google Slides, Docs, Excel a plus)
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a knack for building lasting client relationships
