- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team.
- The Sales Executive should possess a proven track record of closing off-plan sales, generating new leads, building professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Generate and follow up on leads to close property sales
- Conduct site inspections and product presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay informed about market trends and property values
- Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to drive results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2 – 3+ years of experience in real estate field
- Digital marketing & negotiation skills and excellent communication skills
- Presentable, confident, and goal-oriented
