To maximize on our spirit of collaboration, innovation and teamwork we operate an office based working policy 100% of the time across all our locations.Job DescriptionJob PurposeThe Vendor Manager – PPM plays a pivotal role in managing all routine maintenance and O&M activities of the regional operations departments. This management position overseas the vendor technical interventions, SLA administration, O&M process compliance and contract delivery. In addition, the role provides strategic support to the Senior Manager, Network Assurance on all regulatory and customer SLA mattersKey Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage all Planned Preventive Maintenance end to end.
- Develop and continuously deliver vendor governance and SLA administration strategies.
- Drive daily O&M process compliance.
- Identify gaps and implement all SLA penalties.
- Actively drive performance by tracking performance loopholes and closing gaps
- Minimize business exposure to regulatory issues that may occur due to O&M activities and prompt resolution of all regulatory escalations.
- Provide end to end customer support on post integration/RFI issues.
- Network tools and database management for vendors.
- Oversee the administration and requisition of spare parts for Inhouse Portfolio
- Oversee all O&M activities for Inhouse Portfolio and others.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all O&M related matters.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

QualificationsExperience and Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or any related discipline.
- 5-8 years related experience in telecoms Field Operation and stakeholder management.
