Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on building high-performing teams and driving business growth through exceptional talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver recruitment for key positions, collaborating with TA partners to ensure quality and speed. 
  • Use external research and networks to stay ahead of talent trends across the region and Hellenic territories.
  • Leverage regional synergies to balance hiring peaks and optimize recruitment resources throughout the year.
  • Expand sourcing channels to build wider, more diverse talent pools across the region.
  • Continuously improve the hiring experience for both candidates and line managers within NBC.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition across the region, leading TA Partners and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across their vertical.
  • Co-lead Assessment & Development Centers (A&DCs) for critical roles
  • Apply ongoing talent scanning to proactively identify and engage talent pools. 
  • Partner with line managers and HRBPs to build and maintain a robust, future-focused talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change through insight and partnership
  • Experience designing and delivering impactful talent acquisition programs
  • A solution-oriented mindset, sound business acumen, and the ability to work cross-culturally with emotional intelligence.
  • Results-driven and thrive for excellence
  • Knowledge of hiring trends and market insight.
  • A bachelor’s degree and deep knowledge of labor market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
  • 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, including trainee programs and people development
