Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Sangotedo, Lekki – Lagos

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in structural design and site execution, with hands-on experience using key engineering software.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure work is executed in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Provide technical advice and resolve design or execution issues on-site.
- Monitor materials usage and manage construction resources efficiently.
- Apply structural design knowledge in planning and adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in site engineering and structural design.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
- Experience working on residential and commercial building projects is an advantage.
- Must be a registered member of COREN and NSE (proof required).
- In-depth knowledge of structural analysis, detailing, and design principles.
Software Proficiency (Required):
- CAT-RC
- Orion
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Project
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
