Location: Lagos (HO)ABOUT THE JOBThe Snacks Development Manager plays a critical role in leading the growth of the confectionery category, specifically the Bambi portfolio, within a dynamic and rapidly evolving market. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy, integrating the category into daily operations, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive market success.IS THIS YOU?

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of the sales portfolio strategy in collaboration with umbrella companies owning the Bambi brands.
- Develop market-specific sales guidelines tailored to the Snacks Nigeria business unit.
- Integrate confectionery products into daily operations while maintaining strategic clarity.
- Drive sales activities including local campaigns, content adaptation, trade budget management, and BTL execution.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of new product launches-from strategy to pilot testing and implementation.
- Monitor market trends, gather consumer insights, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure in-store excellence and strategic alignment.
- Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, 3rd Party) to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including brand owners and Bambi SPOCs.
- Support the Snacks & Coffee Manager with additional duties as required.
