Employment type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence across:
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- Lead content strategy, planning, and execution for the Ibadan branch
- Create original content:
- Product photography
- Short-form videos and reels
- Customer testimonials, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes clips
- Write clear, engaging captions and call-to-actions
- Maintain a consistent content calendar
- Analyze post performance and make data-informed improvements
- Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, and customer service teams
- Generate new content ideas weekly to stay ahead of trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Must be skilled in product photography and video editing
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
- Excellent on-camera presence
- Tools: CapCut, InShot, Canva, Lightroom (or similar)
- Deep understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Based in Ibadan or willing to relocate
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
