- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to attract and retain followers.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and PR, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices and implement them to improve social media performance.
- Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
- Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
- Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for different social media platforms.
- Curate relevant and engaging content from external sources to supplement the organization’s social media presence.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone of voice, and adheres to copyright and legal requirements.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve user experience, adjust ongoing campaigns, and increase traffic on all digital platforms.
- Generate Sales through the social media platforms.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 2 years of work experience.
