Job Summary
- We’re seeking a savvy, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team.
- As a key player on our Marketing team, you’ll bring our brand’s voice to life across platforms, craft scroll-stopping content, and keep your finger on the pulse of what’s trending.
- You will collaborate with other stakeholders on our Marketing Team to develop and execute a holistic Social Media strategy, grow our audience engagement, and build a cult-following.

Job Duties
As a Social Media Manager at Eden Life, you will be charged with the following:
Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and execute a cohesive owned media strategy across Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Threads, etc.
- Craft engaging content that aligns with Eden Life’s brand voice, Soft life advocacy,, and strategic goals.
- Launch and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely publishing cadence.
Performance & Optimization:
- Track key performance metrics across channels, using data to refine content strategy and improve engagement and reach.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to inform future content.
- Utilize Algorithm Hacking techniques to optimize visibility, engagement, and ranking for social content
Brand & Community Engagement:
- Foster community engagement by monitoring online conversations, responding to comments, and collaborating with the Customer Experience team for community management.
- Develop social and community management initiatives for key product launches, events, and activations.
- Identify opportunities to spark meaningful conversations and build authentic relationships with Eden Life’s audiences on a daily and weekly basis.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Regularly analyze the competition and other best-in-class brands to inspire new ideas and executions – especially in new platform innovations.
- Extend Eden Life’s position as an industry-thought leader with your insights and analytics.
Job Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing, preferably in a startup
- You’re a zero to 100 maestro. You have a proven track record of building community engagement and driving audience growth from ground up.
- You have extremely high internal drive, you want to win, you want your team to win big, and you want to change the world.
- You are not just data-driven, you’re data-obsessed. You analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize content approach and strategy.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities with ease.
- You are proficient with Buffer, Hootsuite, and other Social Media Management tools.
- You are extremely disciplined and organized with your work, you’re positive, and you have great energy.
- You’re a brilliant communicator and an excellent collaborator. You know how to influence teammates and get them aligned with your work.
