Job Summary
- As our Social Media Manager, you will take the lead in managing, growing, and engaging our online communities across multiple platforms.
- This role requires a blend of creative content development, strategic planning, and data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute content calendars for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Grow and manage audience engagement, responding promptly to comments, messages, and interactions.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to align brand messaging.
- Track KPIs and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance.
- Create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content (posts, reels, carousels, stories) tailored to each platform.
- Use editing tools to enhance photos, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Monitor trends, insights, and best practices to optimize social performance.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- 2 – 3 years of proven experience managing and growing social media accounts.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a pulse on digital trends.
- Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with paid social campaigns and social media analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 / Month.
