- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to oversee and grow our company’s online presence across multiple platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase brand visibility, creating engaging and impactful content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth.
- This role is perfect for someone with strong creative skills, proven social media experience in a corporate environment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute effective social media and brand marketing strategies to enhance awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Content Creation: Design, produce, and schedule compelling multimedia content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, infographics) tailored to various platforms.
- Community Management: Manage and update all company social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), responding promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Campaign Management: Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive growth.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about platform updates, emerging trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align content with ongoing campaigns, company objectives, and brand tone.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of proven experience managing social media in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mailchimp ,Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools.
- Marketing Skills: Strong copywriting, email marketing, and storytelling abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytics: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) is an added advantage.
