- We are on the lookout for three dynamic and driven Social Media Managers to take charge of our social media platforms and strengthen our digital footprint.
- You will be in charge of growing and managing our brand’s presence across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Your responsibilities include creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and building a strong, loyal online community for Kumesoft Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence.
- Schedule and publish content in a timely and consistent manner.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Assist with basic photography tasks for social media content creation.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum of 2years) managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, YOSis an advantage.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and brand-consistent content.
- Basic understanding of visual content creation and a willingness to learn and apply basic photography skills for social media purposes.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to analyze social media data and generate reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger State.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
Salary
