- The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company’s online presence, brand voice, and engagement across all social media platforms to drive visibility, trust, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor platform metrics, engagement rates, and conversion KPIs.
- Collaborate with customer service to respond to inquiries via social platforms.
- Plan and implement social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Manage the social media calendar and brand consistency across content.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong copywriting, design coordination, and data analytics skills.
- Proficient with social media tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly + PFA + HMO.Method of Application
