- Our client is looking to recruit a social media Manager to join their team.
- Are you social media savvy, Do you know how to create content and run social media campaigns ? We would love to meet you.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field is preferred (but not compulsory if skill is proven).
- 2 – 4 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Preferably with experience in fintech, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands in Nigeria.
- Previous work with rebrands, brand launches, or early-stage startups is a strong plus
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting + visual direction).
- Proficient in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
- Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to create and interpret performance reports.
- Experience working with graphic designers and video editors.
- Excellent understanding of brand tone, audience engagement, and growth strategies.
- Bonus: Familiarity with influencer marketing and basic community management.
