Job description: Job Description:Our client is a dynamic and innovative transportation company with a specialized strategic fleet that provides transport from various structures and tourism development solutions throughout the major cities in Nigeria for a diverse range of customers and they are looking to hire a social media manger.Job summary:As a social Media Manager, you will manage content creation, social media advertising, and performance analytics while ensuring that our digital voice aligns with the company’s goals and values. This role requires a strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, as well as excellent communication and storytelling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that promote our transportation services, increase customer engagement, and enhance our brand visibility.Job Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and informative content(Videos, Reels , Carousels) tailored to transportation
- Post content consistently across Instagram,X, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Ability to align content with brand messaging and goals
- Respond to customer enquiries via DMs and WhatsApp
- Accept booking via the website or whatsapp
- Develop and manage original content (reels, posts, stories) across all social platforms.
- Analysing content performance using metrics like page views, engagement and conversion rate
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in social media/digital marketing
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
- Ability to create compelling content ideas
- Excellent communication, writing and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong Video/picture and editing skills
- Skilled in keyword placement and SEO best practices
