Job Title: Sous Chef
Locations: Yaba (Male) and Lekki (Female) – Lagos

Role Description
- This is a full-time role for a Sous Chef, located on-site in Nigeria. The Sous Chef will assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and overseeing kitchen staff.
- Additional responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food safety standards are met, and managing inventory and supplies.
- The Sous Chef will also contribute to menu development and special event planning.
Qualifications
- Skills in preparing ingredients, cooking, and overseeing kitchen staff
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Formal culinary education and experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead prep chefs & assistants
- Team player with leadership drive.
- Experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring food safety standards
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies
- Creativity in contributing to menu development and event planning
