Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service standards.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all spa services.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support uninterrupted spa operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate spa staff, including therapists, aestheticians, and receptionists.
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service quality and personalized care.
• Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Build strong relationships with regular clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Drive spa sales through service promotions, product recommendations, and membership programs.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all spa operations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure staff certifications are current.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.Method of Application
