- He is to provide high-level administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the Group Managing Director. This is with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information, often acting as a representative for the individual they support.
The Responsibilities include the followings:
Administrative and Support:
- Managing schedules and appointments: This includes coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other commitments, often involving complex logistics.
- Handling correspondence and communication: Drafting emails, memos, and reports, and managing a high volume of communication on behalf of the executive.
- Project management: Leading or assisting with the implementation of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Meeting preparation and coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth execution of meetings.
- Information management: Maintaining databases, organizing files, and retrieving information as needed.
Strategic and Support:
- Policy and strategy support: Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and strategies.
- Liaison and communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating on behalf of the executive.
- Problem-solving and decision-making support: Identifying and addressing problems, recommending solutions, and supporting the executive in making decisions.
Key Skills and Qualities
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Discretion and confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify problems, analyze situations, and recommend solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM systems.
