Job description: Job Description:About the Company: Our client is a leading social enterprise dedicated to nurturing young minds through innovative STEM education.The Company is seeking to hire dynamic, passionate, and proactive Facilitators who can ignite curiosity and lead engaging hands on STEM sessions.The successful candidates will work directly with both students and teachers, using storytelling, experimentation, and tech tools to make complex concepts come alive. He/she will also contribute to special projects in partnership with corporate organizations, which often teach capacity-building, student training, and establishing sustainable innovation spaces in schools across Nigeria.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality STEM lessons and workshops using our curated kits and curricula (LEGO, Straw-bees, robotics, coding platforms, etc.).Facilitate both student and teacher training programs on STEM concepts for diverse audiences nationwide.Prepare for sessions by reviewing lesson plans, building models, and organizing materials.Manage classroom energy, encourage teamwork, and provide individualized support to learners.Supervise learners’ safety during all program activities, including arrival and pick-up.Create end-of-project reports and contribute to program documentation.Collaborate with operations, logistics, and corporate partners to ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain accurate inventory and request supplies when needed.Support parent engagement and program promotion when necessary.Assist with the setup of innovation labs and sustainable STEM learning environments in low-resource schools.RequirementsKey Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, or a related discipline.Prior experience facilitating STEM, coding, robotics, or maker education programs.Experience delivering training for both students and teachers.Ability to work independently and in teams.Familiarity with tools like LEGO kits, Arduino, Scratch, or other EdTech platforms is a plus.Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).BenefitsCompensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N180k – N220k Monthly net (Slightly negotiable), plus Other interesting benefits
