- We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Store Auditor to conduct audits and inspections of our retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- The successful candidate will identify areas of improvement, provide recommendations, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with store management and employees to ensure understanding of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions
- Prepare and submit audit reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in auditing, retail operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and auditing software
