Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL), also known by its consumer brand Farmfresh and Refresh, is a Nigerian dairy company incorporated in April 2003. Headquartered in Jos, Plateau State with corporate offices in Lagos and Abuja. The company operates on about 550 hectares of land, appropriate for its scale of operation in animal husbandry and dairy production. We produce pasteurized full cream milk,Greek yoghurt,Stirred yoghurt in various flavoursand Drinking yoghurt in various flavours.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
- Oversee daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory principles.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the company’s ERP or inventory management system.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Cold Chain Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to cold chain protocols for yoghurt, milk, and other temperature-sensitive products.
- Monitor and document cold room temperature and humidity levels daily to maintain product integrity.
- Implement corrective actions in cases of temperature deviations or equipment failure.
Quality, Hygiene, and Safety:
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP).
- Enforce safety protocols for staff working in cold environments.
- Ensure proper pest control and housekeeping procedures within storage areas.
- Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards before dispatch.
Logistics Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining temperature requirements.
- Work with logistics teams to ensure refrigerated vehicles meet required temperature and hygiene standards.
Leadership & Reporting:
- Supervise and train store staff on inventory handling, cold chain procedures, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement, temperature logs, and store performance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient store management.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse or store management within the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Effective communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
- Proven experience managing cold chain storage for perishable products such as yoghurt and milk.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, or Odoo).
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 monthly.
