- We are seeking a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our store/stock.
- The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, smooth workflow, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage inventory levels by tracking, recording, and reconciling stock in and out.
- Supervise loading and offloading of items, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date stock records.
- Monitor store security, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement and store performance.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Train and supervise store staff (if applicable).
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- 2 years of proven experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Officer, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and storekeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
