Sevan Construction Nigeria Limited was established in 1981 with Registration No. RC 37125 as a limited liability company specialized in all kinds of “PEB”: Pre-Engineered Buildings. Located in Lagos, Nigeria. Working from certified designs in the manufacturing and erection of steel structures, we can construct a wide variety of buildings such as: warehouses, airport hangers, factories, churches, commercial and residential spaces with Structural Steel fabrication design & erection to the civil construction and in the Oil & Gas Industries, development and manufacturing of various semi-trailers, rigid truck bodies, which enabled the company to deliver complete projects of steel structures coupled with civil engineering. Our factory is run by a team of specialized professional staff and can churn out 250tons of steel products a month. A qualified technical and professional team is available to assist when queries arise in the factory or for follow-up on site.

Job Title: Store keeper
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Prepares internal requisitions for material replenishmentand follow up with procurement.
- Check for compliance and adherence to stores proceduresand quality management system to ensure that onlyqualitymaterials are received.
- Ensure effective documentation of all stores materials.
- Ensure timely dispatch and issuance of materials.
- Keeping and maintaining inventory records of the goods.
- Checking all the supplies and reporting damage and lossand replenishing the shortage with the same.
- Coordinating with factory manager and supervisors/ teamsin materials/tools allocation and management of same.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and abilities
- Ability to effectively organize and network in accord withthestore staff and production teams.
- Self-motivated and independent Worker.
- Should be an efficient time manager and have the ability tomeet deadlines and targets.
- Proper preservation and monitoring of degradablematerialson projects in accordance with SCNL (SEVAN CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED).
- To ensure that stock levels are maintained to avoid stockout and production delays.
- To ensure timely generation of weekly, and monthly report.
- To ensure the close supervision and co-ordination ofstorespersonnel to achieve set goals.
- Responsible for initiating request, receiving, opening,storing and replenishing the supplies and merchandise ofthe store.
Requirements
- A work experience in a steel fabrication company will be highly advantageous.
Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 / month.
