- We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst for a client in the renewable energy sector.
- The ideal candidate will support supply chain operations, coordinate shipping and freight, ensure timely cargo clearance, and drive efficiency through data analysis and inventory control.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily reporting and tracking of all company shipments from origin to the warehouse.
- Assess clearing agents’ operations and compliance with the organisation’s policy.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reconcile and process all agents’ payment invoices with the Finance team.
- Inventory control using ERP to prevent month-on-month inventory variances in the assigned hub.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Ensure 100% documentation and records relating to the organisation’s supply chain.
- Oversee inbound operations after cargo delivery by HSE compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with inventory lead on warehouse storage and inventory levels.
Requirements and skills
- B.Sc / HND in any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player able to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of supply chain or similar experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player.
Salary
N150,000 net + HMO & Pension.
Expected salary: 150000 per month
