Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and ethically grounded Supply Chain Commercial Lead to drive sourcing excellence, ensure rapid and compliant order fulfilment, and guide sourcing decisions aligned with business priorities.

- As a Supply Chain Commercial Lead, you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless execution of sourcing operations, with a strong focus on ethical sourcing, compliance, and delivering value to the business.
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into procurement actions that drive operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- This role is ideal for a commercially minded supply chain professional who thrives in high-pressure environments, understands local market complexities, and is committed to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead sourcing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfilment of materials and services demand from business stakeholders.
- Drive negotiation, tendering, and evaluation processes to secure best-value outcomes while adhering to compliance and regulation standards.
- Advise internal stakeholders on appropriate sourcing channels.
- Make professional and time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume procurement environment.
Requirements
What you bring:
- A strong foundation in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement processes, ideally with minimum of 2 years of supply chain experience.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and working knowledge of procurement risk and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, and legal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement using data and insight dashboards for effective decision making. Experience on Power BI and AI-powered insights will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of sourcing regulations, including the Nigeria Local Content Development Act, and ability to apply these principles in day-to-day sourcing.
