They are now seeking a seasoned, hands-on Supply Chain Director to lead operations and help shape the future of everyday living in Africa.POSITION INFO:Your Role
You will oversee and optimise Nigeria’s full supply chain operations, focusing on efficiency, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will be key in driving performance across:
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead the S&OP process across Sales,
, and Production to ensure alignment and forecast accuracy. * Procurement: Oversee direct sourcing and purchasing of production and marketing materials.
- Logistics: Manage all
, from import/export clearance to warehousing and last-mile distribution. * Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Budgeting: Define and monitor supply chain budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and cost control.
What You Bring
- Experience: ~10 years operational experience in a Supply Chain function, including at least 6 years in senior supply chain leadership.
- Sector Background:
