- We seek a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our operations.
- The ideal candidate must have experience in the restaurant sector.
- This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective procurement, high-quality vendor partnerships, and seamless product flow from sourcing to delivery.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize expense allocation across the supply chain.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiations, onboarding, and relationship maintenance.
- Lead sales forecasting efforts to ensure supply matches demand.
- Maintain an accurate and agile procurement pipeline.
- Conduct quality checks to uphold product and service standards.
- Prepare and present detailed, data-backed reports for internal and executive teams.
- Establish and enforce structured payment schedules with vendors and suppliers
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and sourcing strategies.
- Perform quarterly vendor performance reviews and initiate a strategic vendor shake-up if needed.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
- Implement tools and systems to improve supply chain visibility and traceability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Adequate experience in the restaurant industry (required)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
