Team and Operations Lead at the Queentrepreneur Women's Foundation (QWFN)

The Queentrepreneur Women’s Foundation (QWFN) is a Pan-African nonprofit committed to empowering women and children through education, healthcare, business mentorship, and access to essential resources. We focus on grassroots impact through programs like sanitary pad distributions, school support, career readiness, and skills development.

QWFN is powered by HerNest, our strategic and operational engine. HerNest sources business opportunities and revenue-generating partnerships that enable QWFN to run its programs sustainably. Through services such as training for business teams, HR support, AI readiness coaching, team restructuring, campaign design, and business rebranding, HerNest works with MSMEs and organizations looking to grow, transform, or optimize operations. The revenue and collaborations generated through HerNest are then channeled to support QWFN’s nonprofit impact across Africa.
