Job Title: Technical Management Trainee
Location: Pan Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Management of network fault and restoration.
- Responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting the network equipment.
- Responsible for modulating the circuitry to improve the network performance.
- Software and configuration correction of hardware.
- Manage escalated tickets in timely and effective manner.
General Qualifications
- Minimum of Second Class Upper in Physics, Electrical / Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a reputable University.
- Not more than 30 years of age.
- Must be willing to work in any part of Nigeria.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite will be an added advantage.
- An Ordinary National Diploma (Upper Credit) in a related discipline or the Engineering Field will be an added advantage.
- Must have completed NYSC.
